1) i went to MangaNEXT today and FINALLY met krylonfire, who is TOTALLY AWESOME and way cooler in person than online (which is saying something, b/c she is really really cool online) and i had an awesome time with her and her friends. we got some neat pictures and we met some weird people and we watched the cosplay ( Read more... )

i feel sort of dumb & emo posting this, because on 9/11 nothing drastic in my personal life really changed. however, it affected me on this barely conscious level and it really is one of those things where you remember forever where you were when it happened. I made a new layout. I didn't like it at first, but Gi thinks it's pretty, so I'm going to keep it. :D it features Orihime (or Orislutty, as Tom likes to call her. TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!in 32 minutes, it will be 25 years exactly since I came into the world covered in gross placental juices, having made my pregnant mother wait TWENTY extra days in the blistering summer heat (i was due Aug. 5th), and then requiring them to stitch her up b/c my fat head was a little too fat. hooray for the miracle of life!
