Originally uploaded by newfern. So, he comes in at a whopping 3" tall. I am very disappointed in my little elder god. However, he is just to die for! I'm certain he could have been smaller. But it turns out that it is a lot of detail work to make a miniature deity and I was never meant to be a jeweler.
His brother is about 6" tall, so I'll probably stick to those for now. Definitely not making the one incher I had contemplated making from thread instead of yarn. I have the tools, but my hands probably just aren't that precise. Although... if you look at Mini's feet... I bet it could be done.
