June 15 - Gold House

After picking up his bags and Biggs from the main house, he informed whoever was up that he, Vi and Jason were taking the yellow house nearby. He hurried out to follow Vi and the other boy to the lemon yellow house. Of course they had gotten inside before him, so he slipped in through the door, "Guys? How do things look?"
He looked around the small parlor room with wide eyes. Looks like it'll be a rather large house! He used to live in a house like this when he was a child. But since his father shipped him off to private schools, he'd been living in dorm rooms for the rest of his life. It'll be nice to have a bedroom all to himself again.
For now he dropped all of his bags near the door to the living room off of the parlor and peeked around that room next, holding the orange tabby kitten to his chest tenderly. So far there was no bad smells or sickly sights of dead bodies laying around. That's a plus. He headed down the hall and peeked into what appeared to be a library of sorts. He blinked and noticed a large roller chair by a desk. The chair had it's back to the door and he slowly approached, hopingit was empty.
He slowly reached a hand to turn the chair around then let out a disgusted noise as he stepped back from it again. It seemed the man had died doing what he loved... reading at his desk.
Casper lifted a hand to his mouth and turned away from the thing in the chair. It was rotted enough that it didn't smell anymore but there were probably bugs all over it. Yuck....
He stepped out of the room and closed the door, "Uh, guys?? I found a body already. Where are you two?"
