Hello, I am a new member. I wanted to share a bit of something interesting with you all that is related to Kingdom Hearts 2, and since you said any debate is all right, then I am putting it up. I will tag it the best way I can, as well since I know that this has been a problem for you.
If any of you have seen the full chart of the Thirteenth Order, it looks something like this:

Notice how there is no 5 or 6 listed. Interestingly enough, the 5 and 6 in the Thirteenth Order are Change and Metamorphosis, respectively.
I believe that Change and Metamorphosis were intentionally removed from the Thirteenth Order chart to show that Sora had undergone a change or metamorphosis outside the Thirteenth Order; outside the knowledge of most people. As in, Kairi didn't know what happened, Riku didn't know, etc. etc...
