I've been accomplishing new health goals each week: increased sleep, reduced fat, increased protein, increased exercise, and many more.
Today I've decided to add reduce salt/sodium in my diet. I've never had any issue w/high blood pressure, but reading about how it decreases water avail to the body's system by tying it up in cells - thus not only making it harder to burn fat ( water helps burn/use stored fat) - it also causes potential tiredness and bloating (ew!) lol.
So that's my new goal. It's a tough one too because nearly any convienent food (premade, frozen, canned or most resturants) is just loaded to the Nth degree with sodium. :S
