took the kids to the Y's indoor playground that they love - was going to do pilates but I was too early,so I did 35 mins of weights - arms (tricepts, bicepts (sp?) and shoulders, pecks, back/also did inner & outter legs machines (adductor & abductor?)) anyhow - good workout - then I walked around indoors w/the girls for about an hour
