Fictional characters week!
Hey girls, this week I'm going to talk about my top five groups of fictional characters (I figure there is more than one person in a group, so I only need five) that make me smile, in no apparent order.
1. Lorelai and Rory Gilmore - they are hilarious and insane, but also really grounded and always come across as lovely.
2. Brennan and Booth from Bones - there is so much humour in the way the interract, but there are also some heartwarming scenes.
3. The Friends gang - even after seeing pretty much every episode they still make me smile. My flat has a poster of the six Friends but we can't decide who in our flat is who on Friends!
4. Dr Cox and Eliot on Scrubs - I know all the characters are funny, but these two especially are good together and on their own. I love seeing Dr Cox's soft side and it cheers me up whenever I watch an episode where Eliot triumphs over something it always makes me smile.
5. Kaylee and Wash from Firefly - the same as Scrubs, all the characters make me smile, but Kaylee's smile is the cutest thing ever.
In other news, I think I'm going to dress up as Magenta from The Rocky Horror Picture Show for the Hallowe'en club night on Saturday, which I'm excited for, because I've never dressed up for Hallowe'en before. If I can't get into Norwich before Saturday (and I will probably spend the next three days locked in my room doing coursework) then it will involve cutting up a shirt and sewing it into an apron, and if I can get in to Norwich I will probably be able to buy better fabric. It will all have to be hand sewn though, because I don't have a sewing machine here, which is frustrating! I will admit, I got the idea from Glee, I just didn't think to do RHPS even though I really love it. However, I reckon because the episode hasn't been broadcast over here yet, not as many people will have watched it and know where I got the idea from.
Finally, I'm seeing Imogen Heap a week on Sunday, and am very excited!
