Back in Edinburgh now after a somewhat extended holiday due to essentially being snowed in for a couple of days and so forth. Train journey back wasn't too bad, although it involved going to Sheffield and changing on to the service an hour later as the one I was meant to catch was seriously delayed. The holiday was pretty good caught up with family and friends, ran a one off game for said friends and it went well, saw Avatar, actually went out New Years Ever. So not to bad at all.
Flat is freezing cold; and being heated by my little plug in radiator as the big storage heater won't come on again until sometime in the night. The landline is still acting up and Tisacli/ Talk-Talk/ whoever the hell it is will have to be dealt with. There is still damp in my bedroom wardrobe, evidently nothing has been done about that. Yet another email has been sent...
Back to the lab next week; on the plus side there is a weekend before that. May attempt some writing and some other things as well as booking some driving lessons. I'm going to start acting on the stuff I said I would otherwise I never will.
