I mostly cleaned my room last night, so I'm finally able to get on with the packing. Started a bit of that too.
Mo came at about 5:30 this morning, but unfortunately I was sleeping too soundly to wake up to the clatter of small stones being thrown at my window, so she had to resort to calling me on my phone. We had a lovely, lovely visit. She only got back last night from England and we hadn't seen each other since she came to Brandeis to visit in October, so we had no shortage of things to say and we much enjoyed each other's company. We took a walk around the block in SCA(ish) garb, which was fun, and later we finally discussed the map of Nennivia, working out some logistics that we had been ignoring. We didn't play any scenes or anything, which was fine with both of us since there was so much catching up to do as ourselves. :-P
I've been having trouble breathing these past few days. I think it is from a combination of a residual cough from my cold and spending so much time disturbing all the dust in my room, which I'm allergic to. I need to take my inhalers more. Hopefully I can get my asthma back under control before I go to camp on Sunday.
Tonight there is a contra dance at the LPL, which I plan on going to and which Mo might go to as well. That should be lots of fun. :-)
And tomorrow my sisters and I are planning on driving down to the Maine Mall to spend the afternoon together. I'm hoping to use some of the gift cards I have for Borders to buy books from my summer reading list. I hope that some of them are still good. I've had them FOREVER now, but they are worth a whole heck of a lot, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they don't expire.
Off to pack now. I'm looking forward to it. I can't wait to go to PL, though I'm not looking forward to leaving my family again or to having to find time to write that second essay while I'm there.
