Second day of class!
I've had... most of my classes once now?
Art 160: comics um. awesome. Professor Samanci kind of looks like a pretty female version of Craig Ferguson. I like her a lot! For the first day, we were assigned to do a comic to introduce ourselves in a non-cliche way. I picked a prompt of "focusing on a body part" so I drew 3 pages about my eyebrows.
Plus I'm taking it with Wenqing! We'll have epic times.
(speaking of Wenqing, I introduced poftd to her and Diane!

Art 13: Painting uh holy crap there's a lot of people trying to get into the class. I would've been guaranteed a seat, but I messed up my schedule, so now I'm not for sure ): I talked to both the professor and department advisor and they both told me they'll talk to the other person. I'm buying the materials later today so if I don't get in it'll be ... very unpleasant.
But the professor seems nice! And I was surprised to see Linh and Nu-Nhi in my class. This'd be epic too if I could get in arghhh
CS61A GSI talks a bit fast but it seems like the kind of class I'd like. We did an easy little assignment in lab, and came up with usernames (for grades posting etc). I'm "Watsies" and Jill is "Holmesies" because I'm tall and awesome and she's needy.
J1B I need to catch upppp. I still have Ota-sensei, which is great! (Except that she broke me and my friends up when we tried to "introduce" ourselves to each other haha) Not sure who the other two instructors are going to be, but everyone in the Japanese department I've met so far is interesting so I'm not worried.
It was raining like crazyyy earlier. Then it cleared so when I went home I dropped off my umbrella. Now it's raining again. And thundering. I am so screwed.
