Seriously. My weight is now at 201 which is a net loss of 24 lbs.
I have 31 lbs to go to meet my official goal of a svelte 170.

I am so blown away by this good fortune that I think I've got bees.

Today was a slow day. We slept through yoga class and went to do cardio/strength instead. I wasn't feeling hungry, so I just had two glasses of water in the half hour it took to get ready.
I think working out unsettled my stomach, then the problem was exacerbated in the car on the way back (yes, SotD is always here with me).

I finally finished hacking out the story "Building Bridges." I did a good deal of editing in the first 2/3 while I was finishing, but I know there will be more revisions to come. And cuts, there will be cuts of extraneous wordage, for sure.
Still, it feels good to have the whole plot worked out on paper, even if the details aren't in the best form ( Read more... )

Today I spent about 3 hours deep cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, and porches. It feels good to know that it's clean again.
Patsy and Tony did us a HUGE favor today and I got them a thank you card to let them know we appreciate it.
