While originally announced to start in December, it now seems that the second season of AnimeTV will officially begin next month in January. While the additional delay may be disappointing, it was also announced that once season 2 begins there will be a new episode every week for the ENTIRE year. The reviewers seem oddly harsh on this series, with most of the team saying while interesting, the show just doesn't live up to the hype around it.
