Several Hours Later .........
........ my kitchen is still very tidy, the kids have all been wonderful today and we have got absolutely loads of things done together. Lionel came home from college and handed me a third of his money he got paid today and Joseph's new long black woollen coat I bought him actually is a perfect fit - result!
Actually I feel really good about the coat because a) once Joe described to me what he wanted I set about looking for one, found it and took two weeks deciding whether I should buy it or not, and b) it is so hard to find things that fit his length of arms and the size of his chest. The coat is a 6XL UK size, arms are perfect and come to just over the tops of his hands. More importantly Joseph loves it.
Weekend is here now the boys are home, I still need to go through my wardrobe to make space in there but other than that Angelica is putting the Kiev and Salad together in the kitchen and the rest of them are riding bikes at the moment. I have just finished going through Imogen's book of projects and am highly taken aback by her latest stories, they are really imaginative and special. I wonder if she'll let me post one ..... hmmm ..... I'll ask her that one later.
So today so far has been very relaxed and laid back but with a lot of activity as well. My eyes are sore from all the reading and I feel quite tired but ok for now with pain killers working nicely giving me a bit of time to sit here at my laptop for a bit. Hopefully tonight will be just as peaceful too.
