while in vermont, i went to a sauna for the first time and it felt great.
i have two theories about why:

1. i was with my sisters (no kids, no SOs) and we laughed so hard we cried.
2. saunas just feel good.

i'd like to test theory 2 by visiting a sauna/sweat house again sometime soon.
anyone know of one nearby?
