i started taking a vitamin/probiotic supplement today that i will continue to take, and will track the results of, for a month. i'm taking the one for crohn's and colitis, even though i've never been diagnosed with either.

every day i didn't post in november, i was in an allergy/alien/gut battle of doom.

i didn't post yesterday because i had a migraine.

i was just reading about migraines on wikipedia. even tho my migraines are my least favorite things, they could be much worse.

for example, in the last (Postdrome phase), i often get euphoric. which is nice.
