You guys came in second out of two teams.

I watched 5 films this weekend, which is good considering for the last month or so I've basically failed. But I'm ahead of last year - I had a storming January and then slowed down to practically a stop. And in 2008 when I actually did make the 100 total, I didn't watch my 24th until May.

20. Whip It (12.03.10) 8/10
This was by far the best of the films I watched this weekend. It was funny and sweet and the roller derby stuff was great. And there was a scene shot underwater that had lovely colour to it. I had to mention that because I've been banging on about it ever since. I'm glad I went to see it! And paid, and everything!

21. Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus (12.03.10) 2/10
This was awful, absolutely awful. It gets two points because it had two good scenes, the plane scene and the bridge scene. It kept my attention for longer than Outpost, so it has to get a higher rating than Outpost. At least Mega Shark gave us stuff to point and laugh at or slag off.

22. The Men Who Stare at Goats (14.03.10) 6/10
I keep saying "ghosts" instead of "goats" and I think ghosts would have been more entertaining. But that said, if more war movies were funny, I'd watch more war movies. I didn't know what it was about when it started and as soon as Mam said the word "soldiers" I wanted to turn it off, but I stuck with it and it was okay.

23. Possession (15.03.10) 7/10
I stopped watching films just because of Sarah Michelle Gellar a long time ago, but I haven't quite reached that stage with Lee Pace, I'll still watch anything he does. And I'm glad I did. The film itself was a bit pants, but the ending did still sort of surprise me, and Lee was great at essentially playing three different characters at once. And Michael Landes might not really look a lot like Lee Pace, but for some reason I kept mixing them up in some of the darker shots, so clearly they were well cast as brothers!

24. St Trinian's (15.03.10) 5/10
I don't even know why I watched this. The number of people in the cast I really love were far outweighed by the people I really hate. It didn't cause me a violent reaction of hatred while I was watching it, it was just quite "eh". So it gets a 5.
