Reducing Gas

Hi everyone, I was surprised not to find a tag on this already, so here goes.

How do you reduce gas before bed? I never noticed/cared how gassy I was before I had someone else in bed with me. And I love him, so I would rather not fart on him. :P

I've cut out soda (it's been one day. I'm resisting the cravings...so far...), but the internet says I should also cut fruits, veggies, and whole grains. That leaves, what, meat and junk food? Delicious, but not necessarily healthful. I already eat very little lactose-containing dairy as it is.

So what are your solutions?
