(no subject)
Has anyone here heard of or used Nubian Heritage African Black soap? I've bought a bar, and am curious what you think. When I used it in the shower, the froth was grey and even besides that I am not used to seeing froth with natural soaps. The ingredients say:
100% Vegetable Soap: African Black Soap Base (from the back of the box I'm assuming this is palm ash, tamarind extract, tar-- not sure how I feel about this, and plantain peel), Coconut Oil and/or Palm Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Meal, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Plantain Extract, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Vegetable Glycerin, Mineral Pigment or Vegetable Color, Essential Oil Blend).
If it helps, I have dry and sensitive skin with keratosis pilaris.
