Elimination diet

I'm not sure that this is the right place to be asking, but at the very least, it will be helpful.
I am on day 3 of an elimination diet (no soy, gluten, corn, eggs, dairy, and nightshades). I did this a couple weeks ago and managed to last 7 days. The difference was amazing! I have never felt so good in my life, and every digestive/gi issue that I have had over the last 7 years went away. But I fell off the wagon hard. I'm trying again.

My problem is that I crave comfort foods. Warm cozy delicious meals. I am just running out of ideas.

Has anyone gone through this before? What helped you get by? Any recipe suggestions that don't include that dirty list of foods? I eat meat if that helps.

Also, in 1 week my husband has agreed to me no longer having to take HBC. I have been on it for 10years (off and on). I know that when I am off of it I have horrendously painful cramps that have on occasion caused me to vomit. Is there anything to help the body transition to regulating itself a little more gently? What do you do for killer cramps that doesn't involve loads of tylenol and ibuprofen?
