Okay, so that was totally gross...

 Yesterday I spent a couple of hours making this particular stew I really like, it's great too because it can feed me for several days.  Well, I just discovered that I *didn't* do a particularly good job cleaning the kale and....yeah.  Eww.  >_<  It didn't gross me out enough to make me lose my lunch or all of my appetite<--now that's a surprise! The taste is not yet gone!--no wait, that's just the tea.  >_<)  but now I get to think all day/week about how *it* was in cooking in my stew.  >_<  At least I can console myself with the knowledge that the Kale was the last thing I added to the stew...

This does not bode well for the rest of the week.    I think I deserve to go out on a mini shopping spree for this.
