I respect the choices made by vegans and vegetarian not to eat meat.  What I don’t respect is their attitude (some of them not all), sometimes I will encounter a vegan who tells me that they heard that I claim to love animals but I am not vegan, so therefore I don’t truly love animals or have any respect for life.  Really?
