I went to the pool. I must have timed it just right. I got there at 9:20. I tried swimming all my strokes. I have a hard time with the front crawl...because I don't breathe correctly. I got up after Ben called, thinking I'd go to the pool. My hip joint hurt. I took some motrin, then later some aspirin. I'm not sure why it hurts so much at times. They did see some arthritis in the joint when I got alll thiose x-rays back in the summer ( Read more... )

I joined the YMCA today. I bought a six month membership. I went swimming for an hour. I met Pat Fau. Amazing! We had a great talk! I felt so much better after going for a swim. The poolwater was 85F, or 29C! amazing! It felt great.
