I really do surprise myself sometimes. I went out in the light rain, around the house and carried an armful of firewood to the living room door and stoked the fire.

I sat in the Treefort Room of Accomplishment and spun for awhile. I made the thinnest yarn I've ever made, only a few fibers at a time. Impressive!

I love watching Bones!

I had a very interesting day today. I sat and watched and filmed as Les worked on the walls with his mud and scrapers. It was fascinating to see him work away at each spot, making it beautiful ( Read more... )

The day has been good so far! I got up around 9, made a video of the sunshine on the snow, then made some juice for the day. I used 2 lbs of carrots, a T of almond butter and a T of cashew butter and a handful of nettles in it, mixed with half a container of Bolthouse smoothie ( Read more... )

It's snowing hard now. It's coming down in tiny little flakes, miniscule ones. This is the kind of snowfall that adds up. It looks beautiful outside, too. I've got the fire nicely stoked. My legs and feet are feeling nicely warm now. I am sitting in Willem's big black chair which does feel good now that my back is lined up properly again. It still feels broken in the middle, so painful, but I took 4 ibuprophens 45 minutes ago...it should hurt less, I believe ( Read more... )
