It’s 4 AM and dark outside. The spring peepers are loud. Rain keeps landing on the plastic that protects me from it. It’s dripping off of the roof, it’s like camping and hearing it from in a tent. My health has been pretty bumpy lately. I’ll tell you about it ( Read more... )

I went over to Scarlett's for tea time.  I love visiting with her.  Afternoons are so good for visiting, as I've usually run out of energy by then.  We have nice conversations. Mostly we teach each other stuff or learn together.  It's nice to have someone to talk to about stuff, as she's known me for many years.  29 at least!  LOL ( Read more... )

Because the only people that were tested were people who had been in contact with someone from an infected country, very very few people in the United States have been tested. As the virus pops up here and there, it’s not because it just got there but because there were no test being done among people who had pneumonia or other bad flu related ( Read more... )

Bill came over and discussed with Cindy what she wanted for paths and bridges.  We walked along the top of hemlock hillside to the 450 Pines and the line beyond. We had a very interesting five hours of walking the perimeter of the land.
