I was going to sit down and practice, but I found the banjo was badly out of tune. I used the piano to tune it, but it is waaaay out of tune, so I don't think I ended up with a very good tuning. It'll have to do, though.

I wanted to sit outside and play, but it was too cool and damp and rainy.

I went out to the front porch to practice a bit of banjo. I ended up tuning it, only I didn't tune it properly. I really need a tuner, I guess.

It was 73F outside! Unbelievable. I loved it. I wanted to stay out there and relax all day!

I practiced my banjo for awhile again. It was nice to work on it. I tried to keep my fingers down on the D chord strings and then on the C strings. It didn't hurt as much as it did before. Yippee! real progress. It even made a bit more clear sound than it did yesterday ( Read more... )
