Another wasted day
For yet another day, I have reclined in my chair and knitted. Today I have knitted 6" on each lime green sock. I think this is the seventh green pair.
Really, though I reclined in my chair and watched Netflix. I watched many episodes of Chuck and a movie She's All That, a teenage chick flick. It was nice. It reminded me of Gilmore Girls with Rory and that rich fellow at Yale.
In my own defense, I did read some scriptures and did walk 500 steps or a bit more, at the top of the hill parking lot. I also facetimed with MJ, phoned my mom, made popcorn, filled the bowls for the deer and did some passive stuff on my ipod.
I would like to get out and go for a longer walk, but my back started to hurt a lot and the cold bitter wind in my face was too much. So I'm missing the absence of arctic or polar slippage.
The wind filled in the pathways with incredibly well packed snow. I can kick my feet through it elsewhere, but on the lee side of the tipi in the lane, it left a dense drift over our path.
I wanted to go down and photograph the stream, but it was too cold and that pain in my back was just too much.
Willem has been composing, practicing the piano, preparing to paint the kitchen, doing indexing, playing Sudoku and now I think he's writing a letter or some sort of document.
It seems silly to go to bed when I haven't done anything all day. Well, I'm tired, so I guess I'll go back to my ipods! Night night.
