Stick larvae is a bagworm moth

There's a little curious bug that I come across a lot. It's like a little slug stuck to the wall, but it's covered with little sticks, twigs or leaves. I have often wondered what it is. It's a very small, say 3mm long by 1mm wide sticky slug. the little twigs that are stuck to all sides of it are narrow and about a cm long. the whole thing measures about a cm by 3mm.

I was looking up a different caterpillar, but instead came upon this bagworm moth larvae and then found the picture of the moth online. I have spent a lot of time trying to find this insect to identify it!
