I wonder what i should make for dinner. I loved those noodles we had at that restaurant with Alida and Oma. She said they used saffron and was it anise? I should google it to find out. There's a little curious bug that I come across a lot. It's like a little slug stuck to the wall, but it's covered with little sticks, twigs or leaves. I have often wondered what it is. It's a very small, say 3mm long by 1mm wide sticky slug. the little twigs that are stuck to all sides of it are narrow and about a cm long. the whole thing ( Read more... )

I'm not sure why, but there is a hornets nest in the greenhouse which is just sitting on top of a box. I went out there with the hornet and bee spray, shone a flashlight on them and sprayed away. However, some were down between the side of the box and the side of the greenhouse. So I may not have gotten them all ( Read more... )
