stew made, bread making and the dishes are done
I made a black bean stew. I also have bread in the breadmaker for the boys. So now dinner is ready. Good. I think I'll make some desert, too. Cheesecake or cream cheese brownies...or sour cream blueberry coffeecake? Now that is a really good one!
I've been working in the kitchen since 9, doing the dishes and cooking. That's always when I turn the radio on, whenever I am about it do the dishes. It keeps me in the kitchen, too.
I also discovered a load in the wash that was quite ripe. I applied vinegar to the water and the rinse and added a bunch of my homemade soap.
I'm sitting on the deck now, appreciating the lovely sound of the crickets.
I looked up the Canada Darner, but the one I saw yesterday wasn't it. The one I saw was quite huge but with green stripes. I'll have to check again.
