I felted 7 bars of soap!

I have a wonderful new idea I got online. I watched youtube this morning and found felting soap videos. I am so excited. I have felted many times. I made a huge pair of felted angora boot liners at Mera awhile back. I made a felted hat, which looks like a Bernstein Bears hat. I also made a pair of felted mittens.
So now I am felting soap. I can take all the unsightly ends, the parts that aren’t really pretty enough to sell, but are still excellent soap. I went to the turkey shed with my camera and found a bag of carded wool. It should have been carded more to get out more bits of straw and such, though.
I made four more NancyToday videos (www.youtube.com/nancytoday) as I felted several bars of Grandma’s old fashioned soap with lavender. They are so nice!
I could even add dried calendula flower petals to the wool as I am wrapping the fibers around the soap bar! Wow! I can see that this could get to be really something else!
I have no idea how much to sell one of my ‘Soaps in Blankets’ Or ‘soaps ‘n coats’ for. I am excited, excited, excited!
