Gyokuryu is so cute~ ♥ He's from the otome game/visual novel "S.Y.K ~Shinsetsu Saiyuki~" Which I haven't actually played but I've been reading summaries of the story (in Chinese) and someone is in the process of uploading videos of the whole thing on Nicovideo.
