Four years ago now, I was in a day program at Bournewood Hospital. I had overdosed on Tylenol PM, called 911 for myself. I was at Mt. Auburn for a few days, the doctors wanted me to go to a mental hospital for a couple weeks, overnight stay, but my parents wanted me home. I realized today that I've been getting mad at people a lot recently, but as soon as I realize I'm mad, I decide I'm just pissed and not at them: at myself.
