Last night was the 65_redroses benefit concert. I'm so glad I went, despite being solo. The event sold out, so YAY for proceeds going Cystic Fibrosis Canada!! It was a big turnout, with loads of local talent!!

Stated week 2 of my yoga challenge!! So far I've managed to resist the urge to hit "snooze" and go back to sleep. Yay!
Week 2 feels a little more tricky. I don't know why, the routines are the same. ??? I just have to remember to stay focused, and not to push too hard physically. It's not just about the workout.
