CBS News: Liberal, Corrupt, or Genuinely Twenty Ice Cubes Short Of A Full Tray?

Apparently the Supreme Court has decided that a school may indeed tell a student to take his "Bong Hits For Jesus" banner and shove it. According to CBS Radio News, this is entirely* because 1a) the court is conservative because 1b) George W. Bush had the utter gall to pick TWO justices (out of nine) who tended to agree with "conservative" views and because 2) this is purely a Free Speech issue (funny, I would think it would be about the whole school-being-a-legal-guardian-in-absentia thing too. Oh, but nobody gets votes/listeners/a clue when talking about "responsibility" issues, silly me) and as we all know 3) conservatives always vote against Free Speech whenever it even looks like it's poking its head out of hiding.
* Maybe not "entirely". I quit paying any attention when they started cuing the fake interviews with people who were presumably going to imply in different ways that Bush and Conservatives are OHNOES REPRESSING FREE SPECCHEZX. I might have jumped the gun. MIGHT have. But I doubt it.
