Yup, there's going to be a slant, I totally agree. But to take this as a 100% free speech issue and insinuate six ways from Sunday that the decision would have gone the other way if we hadn't elected Bush and let him execute his chief executive duties by appointing those he thought appropriate as Justices (there's a bit of slant for you ;~)) . . . the word that comes to mind, very strongly, is "disingenuous
