Oh heck no, they don't all look the same at all! Especially the way you point out to us the subtle differences in the bones that tell the life story... it's amazing, and facinating, and deeply satisfying to see what you're doing with them!

Lovely skull as always :) I love the stories you seem to spin for them, especially about the "war wounds", so to speak. Maybe make that giant room you finished painting in your last post or so into a shrine for all the skulls?

(then I end up reading something like this and wish that wolves or something else would just kill us outright, since we're obviously not supposed to be the dominant species...)

Given the size and shape of the impact, I'd say a deer hoof caused that injury. And that's a beautiful bit of work there!

Looks really great! I appreciate the explanations on them, because I wouldn't see half of that stuff if it wasn't pointed out to me.

I think my favorite part about the silver leaf is that the texture of the teeth are still there--they look completely real, only shiny and awesome.
