Well, alainbriongloid asked me for a list of movies I never want to see again, and I couldn't resist the opportunity. So, I compiled a partial catalog of stuff I could go the rest of my life without seeing ever again ( Read more... )

Haven't seen them all...so the ones I have seen
.
Catwoman - oh god, they raped it. Non-consent. Someone should have used a safeword. This is Catwoman! She kicks fucking ass...and you turned her into a pussy.

Event Horizon - I like horror, and sci-fi so...it didn't completely suck. Not my favorite.

The Cell - If you must watch it - in fast forward with the sound off. It's beautiful but the story-line sucks almost as much as the performances. And those can give a trailer-park teenager tips.

Saving Private Ryan - yeah, very realistic, decent story, good acting. but not something I would watch again if I had any choice.

Matrix trilogy - first one, decent. the others...gods, hit me over the head again with Christian iconography, I didn't get it the first time.

Se7en - moralistic bs, and I'm being polite. it could have been so good, it had potential...recast and shot different... but most people thought it was so good because of who was in it and not the movie itself. fuck, it didn't even stretch them as actors.

Batman and Robin - no words express my disappointment. they destroyed one of my favorite villains. very angry at that.

Catwoman! Safeword! Bwahahaha!!!

I agree with all your points, actually. For the movies I've seen, anyway.

Batman and Robin was just . . . man, these are great characters, EPIC characters, and they were reduced to a bunch of bumbling clowns. I couldn't stand it!

I never saw Batman and Robin. Who played Batman in it?

At the time I saw it (I was a wee one) I liked Batman Forever. But now I'm a Batman Begins girl all the way home.

George Clooney! He himself says that he played "the gay Batman."

I like George. I like gay people even more. But he's totally right: that was the gay Batman. Not fruity, not nelly, just . . . he was gay. The end.

It's worth seeing for the camp value, but I don't know if I'd want to see it after seeing Batman Begins. I hate to sully the awesomeness with anything sub-par.

Christian Bale was an excellent choice. Oh, yeah.
