Note To Cat:

Dear Fish,

Please stop putting bottlecaps in my shoes. It's weird, and I don't understand it.

Are you trying to communicate? Are you simply bored? Why do you put only one bottlecap in each shoe? Why do you hardly ever do this to Daddy?

When you are peregrinating about the house and looking in random corners, are you in fact looking for ( Read more... )

So frickin' cute. ^_^ I love your cat. My kitten likes to stick her little self in my shoes...

CUUUTE!

Tazendra used to do that. I don't miss it, cute as it was. She was black, our shoes were black, it was asking for pain.

Yep, she's very cute. Lily

Yeouch. I'll say. My stepmother once had a cat that was the same colour as her carpet. Didn't see it. Stiletto heels... horrible.

Aw, it won't let me see the picture. :(

I often boot black tee shirts out of the way, only to discover they're my cat. She used to hide under furniture, impersonating laundry, to escape from us when we were mad at her. Eventually she learned to close her eyes because it's all that gives her away. Fuzzy little brat.

At least she's not, you know, putting dead animals in each shoe.

Hmm. Cat water, dog water, toilet water, bath water, condensation licked off the window. She has plenty of variety!

My cat puts toy mice in my shoes and plastic flowers in my boyfriend's shoes. Why? It is a mystery.

Clearly the cat knows it's really frickin' cute, that's why.

I feel unloved. Dione only ever put her chewed-up, gnarly plastic straws deep in my bedding so that when I got in, it inevitably stabbed me in the hip.

Felines are bizarre.

STRAWS.

Now there's a toy I haven't explored. Clearly I need to look into this.

Pets are great. So easily amused.

...(laughs)

I used to have very sensitive teeth, so I had to drink all cold drinks with a straw. And Dione almost ALWAYS stole the straws. The straw would make its way into my MADE bed after being eagerly chewed up. Search as I might, I almost never found it until I laid upon it.

She loved me. She used to sing to spiders and eat their cobwebs, too. What a little weirdo!

I always think of her in October, because she was the only fully black cat I ever saw that was TERRIFIED of pumpkins, whether carved or not, and it's not as if we ever did anything to make her afraid of them. Somehow, the large orange vegetable orb scared the bejeezus out of her. Hence, no cute Halloween photos of Dione with a pumpkin.
