Well firstly, I'm sorry that you were disappointed and that he wasn't more honest with you, but i also feel you put too much hope into it too early. After all, how long have you known this guy? Even if he misled you, the short duration that you two have started this suggests that you put too many eggs into your basket right off ( ... )

it might be easy to think this way but when put in a situation i might also falter.
