As if the beginning of the semester wasn't terrible enough, I've been given a warning in set design for misuse of equipment. I wasn't even in the room when it happened but no one will listen to me. My first full semester in America and the Design professor already hates me.

Uni has gotten the best of me. I believe no matter what your major is, the beginning weeks of school are a whirlwind of chaos. I have three papers already assigned for my writing classes, a song in latin that I have to have perfected for my operatic course. I am ready to just fall into the sleep of nothingness.

I found out today that the producer of my old college radio show passed away over Labor Day weekend. He had been driving home from seeing his daughter in a recital, and his car got sideswiped by a drunk driver. He, his wife, and their three kids were all killed on impact ( Read more... )
