First stop, Powell's, as per fucking usual. Bought Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister by Gregory Maguire and Inuyasha manga volume 17. I was going to get either David Sedaris When You Are Engulfed In Flames, or Sarah Vowell's The Wordy Shipmates, but they were both more than I wanted to spend. I only bought one book from Powell's today: German Made Simple, revised edition. (I used to have a whole shitload of Made Simple books, but they were the old red hardcover 1965 versions, and I got rid of them all like two or three years ago anyway)

I got The Trolleyvox Present the Karaoke Meltdowns last night. It's awesome.

"Whisper Down the Lane" is the best track.

I bought a bunch of stuff from amazon.com on the 1st, used, from various retailers. Six books, four CDs, and one DVD. I got one of the CDs last night: Old 97's Wreck Your Life.
