the pedro the lion concert was fantastic.
i ended up only going with mike-o because lucy was too tired, but it was fun nonetheless. opening for pedro the lion was john vanderslice. he was pretty good -- talented and smart, but he was nothing amazing in terms of stage presence. i liked his last song, "pale horse." we met some cool people there. they were two boys and one girl. the boys were brothers and they liked a lot of the same bands i like. the girl was very pretty. mike-o said she was wearing too much eye make up but i disagree. the make up was pretty, it made her look more retro. she was a good dresser too. i took some photos, but they are nothing great. after the concert, mike-o and i drove to in-and-out and ate. i didn't come home until 1:30 in the morning.
besides the concert, i am graduating tomorrow. finally. i just want to get a move on. i will probably be sad in a couple of months, but for now, i am very, very happy.
oh yeah, i got rehired. not too surprising though.
