I haven't been updating as much recently. Seems like work went through the roof the last couple of weeks. It had gotten a little slow during the summer as it always does. People are on vacation and many hospitals have their fiscal year end in late summer so many budgets are out of money during the summer until the new fiscal starts. And boy did it ( Read more... )

I'll start with the bad... David's uncle passed away Saturday morning. About two weeks ago he went into the doctors because he was having some back pain. I really wanted to do the matching gold and black outfits, but I realized that I would need to make a stencil and order other supplies. As a result, that project got pushed back. I'm going to be ordering some linen today or tomorrow. I'm not quite sure what I want to order though. I have enough to finish the garb I am working on for Crown List next month, but would like to do a few more while these are fresh in my memory. I have formulated a plan of what garb I am going to make for David. The problem with his garb in the past is that, except for tunics, he has "outfits." There is no way to mix and match anything which limits his options. I wanted to take the approach of having separates, for lack of a better term, to give him flexibility.
