Disclaimer: For the first time, I can say that EVERYTHING about this one is MINE, ALL MINE. Mwahaha!! Inspirations all come from characteraday, with thanks. Title is from the S Club 7 song of the same name. Inspired entirely by the S Club 7 reunion at Children in Need 2014. ♥

"Okay, I am ready," Mel announced as she came into the kitchen. At the sink, her husband was mid-bite of his cereal and snorted, then quickly turned before he dropped the bowl. "Thanks," she replied dryly. Rick was trying to not laugh as he set the bowl on the counter and reached for the washcloth.

"Sorry," he replied as she moved closer. Mel was decked out in nineties gear for a work event, and her outfit was almost too good. "Was all that in this house?" Rick asked, motioning to her clothes.

Mel glanced down at her outfit then back up to Rick. "Yes. And it was all mine." She reached around him to get a glass from the cupboard. "Unlike some people I work with, who dropped about six hundred dollars to go retro." Rick made a face and shook his head.

"Well," he smiled, wrapping his arms around Mel's waist and kissing her neck, "at least you didn't go Nirvana."

Mel smiled and quickly replied: "I'd just raid your stuff, for that. Flannel shirts, big boots... that wool hat you love..."

"Hey, now," Rick warned, giving her another hug. He turned Mel in his arms and gave her a look before leaning in for a kiss. When she hummed, he smiled and pulled back. "I did not listen to Nirvana." Mel smiled.

"I know. And I think it's adorable that you know every single move to every single Britney Spears song," she laughed as he poked her side.
