First Day Finito
Well, new job day 1 is under my belt and I can't really find words to frame the experience. Suffice to say, it was the most positive first-day-on-the-job that I've ever had, hands down. The environment is unlike anything else I've experienced, the people are all great and really happy to have me on board, and there's a Tim Hortons almost within sight of my office. What more could a guy ask for? Oh yeah... a paycheck. Well, that treat will be arriving in a few weeks.
I could have done without the snow while waiting for the bus. But oh well. *shrug* Wasn't all that bad in the end.
Off to bed and a chapter of "Gardens of the Moon" (which I've gone back to now that I've read AFfC).
