So, after 0 days, the beard is gone. I'm too much of a wuss to handle the itch.
This is an awesome picture of Winona Ryder. Gosh I love her. Nothin' turns me on like a hot chick who shoplifts.
I've decided to stop GMing. I've lost the talent. I'm not sure what happened, but somewhere along the way, my ability to run a cohesive, interesting, and well paced game has completely dissapeared. All of my games fall apart after a few sessions now. Doesn't matter what I run. I could blame it on my current roster of players, but that'd just be hiding from the truth. I think it has something to do with my horrible lack of focus and my tiny attention span. Maybe video-games have rotted my brain.
I'd say that the last two titles that Marvel has released that have really caught my attention are Astonishing X-Men and The New Avengers. Since Astonishing is on hold until next year, I'm left grinding my teeth until another issue of NAV is released. Issue 9 continues the "Sentinel" storyline which I'm enjoying thuroughly. Bendis has managed to reinvent the Avengers in a way that makes them relevant, exciting, and yet still flawed as they struggle with the minutae of running a super-group that is troubled by various worldly woes. If you're looking to pick up a title that gives you some of that old Marvel magic, then New Avengers will do ya right.
Off to download Naruto and figure out what I'm going to do with the rest of the day.
