Are We Still Talking about This?

Not too long ago, the book form equivalent of Us Magazine For Politics came out.  It’s red, it’s shiny and it’s full of gossipy “he-said-she-said” goods that just drive Americans crazy.  Crazy with interest, that is.  It’s called Game Change by journalists Mark Halperin and John Heilemann.  The book covers the 2008 Election, because, I guess, we ( Read more... )

Unfortunately, I think a lot of people voted for Obama because he is black. In fact, there were some guys on Glenn Beck's program who said they voted for him because they wanted to see Dr. King's dream live out. And yeah, on one hand, it's pretty cool to see a black guy in the White House. I'm still waiting for "Hail to the Chief" to be replaced with "Shaft," except "Shaft" is replaced with "Obama."

You see this cat Obama is a bad mother--

The Repubs need to just drop it. There are much more important things to be worrying about right now ( ... )

For the record, I totally think you should come to NJ and take African-American history with my professor. I really think you'd enjoy him.

And..that joke made me laugh even though it probably is in poor taste XD
