*daydreams happily*

I had a discussion with Dr. Eadie earlier about House Music. She asked for suggestions for songs for next year - said something about how she looks to me as an A-level Music student to help with these things...I feel all happy and chirpy now. Any suggestions for songs would be muchly appreciated, so far all I've got is Queen's "Don't Stop Me Now" and "Everybody Needs Somebody To Love" from The Blues Brothers. Or possibly Blondie's "Maria", but don't know if that'd be appropriate for choir...

Also, have received word from Chris :D He's added me on MSN and we're having a rather nice conversation about A-level Music. Talking of A-level music, I am apparently excused from the composing day on Monday because mine is the only composition that's finished. Anyway, also on the subject of music, looks like Ellie and I will be going to see Chris' band play again at the Charlotte on the 5th, which should be pretty good.

In other news, my entire year is heading off to Nottingham Uni tomorrow to pick up free stuff from various universities - pens, prospectuses, mugs, etc. I will be heading in the direction of Newcastle, Manchester, King's College London, Leeds and maybe Exeter. I really want a Newcastle prospectus, apparently their classics department is amazing...

Right, I'd best be off to watch Life On Mars. I've been addicted since Tom started raving about it to me, the soundtrack is excellent...real fifties music.

According to Chris, anyone who says "indeed" is undoubtedly a classicist...that does actually make sense. We shall have to discuss this tomorrow in Class Civ, Ellie.
