I seriously cried for a second there... and then I laughed when I saw Richard (Lost type, not Speight Jr. type, because THAT was sad) and then was all kinds of sad at the end again. GAH!
That was awesome! I love how you used that song with mostly clips from Supernatural and it WORKED. Seriously, I can't believe that Lucifer is either gone or will be played by the wrong actor from now on... re-watching his scenes just further reiterates the fact that Mark is the only Lucifer I'll ever embrace fully. The man is amazing.
And not that it had a great ending for her... but is it wrong that I kind of squee and have to fan myself off every time Luci is touching that demon chick's face? I don't know what it is, but that scene just gets to me in a good way xD
I'm sorry you had to watch Gabe's death again, but I think it worked well with the sad-music-and-death theme there.
I feel sorry for any poor Losties who stumble across this vid. I might have accidentally defiled their music.
I refuse to believe that Mark is really gone. He'll come back as Nick. He will. There's a petition online already. it'll happen. *is delusional*
I prefer to believe, going on what we found out later in the season, that after leaving Carthage, Luci stuck a bendy straw in Meg's jugular and went to town. It makes that scene all the more disturbing (also, have you seen Mark's episodes of Without a Trace? She plays his girlfriend in one; Crowley is his loan shark in the other).
Oh, no problem... it's funny really. I used to be super sensitive about it, and believe me... if I watch Hammer of the Gods all the way through I'll still cry at that scene because of how well it was acted. But you can't even WATCH a Gabriel fan video without seeing him die at least once. The guy "died" in every episode he was in xD The end scene for him WAS heart breaking though. I think what really got me (other than screaming NOOOO DON'T TAKE RICHARD AWAY FROM US TOOO!!!) was Lucifer's expression in that scene... that's one of my favorite things about Mark actually, his ability to completely carry a scene with just his eyes and facial expressions... no lines necessary. I couldn't be mad at Lucifer after that, he looked so wrecked. I actually half cry for Gabe and half cry for Luci there. Mark's expression absolutely wrecks me.

Mark's face in that scene helped me coin the phrase "redemption arc in three episodes or less." I repeated it endlessly until Sam said yes. Then I cried. I think that's the main reason I'[m writing my book. I wanted Lucifer to get a redemption arc in Supernatural, and he didn't. So I'm going to give him one

Awww... that's a great reason to write a book. Mark's portrayal of Lucifer actually inspired me to start on the project I'm working on too, even though I loved the character prior to that. It's just that I'd never really connected to the character in popular media on that level really... because while there were portrayals like Viggo Mortensen's Lucifer in The Prophecy and such, they were never quite on the same wavelength as Mark's. His was so close to what I felt about him in the first place that it was both spooky and satisfying. At that point the plot bunny just came to me when I was white-knuckling it down the highway in the pouring rain, hardly able to see my windshield. Thankfully I remembered it perfectly and started to get the groundwork done

I think it would be hard for anyone to beat Mark's portrayal. He should be everyone's go-to Satan from now on. Definitely. He's just so... inspirational

Yes! I totally agree with what I've seen some people suggest... we should start some sort of petition to get a screenplay written for Paradise Lost and have Mark cast as Lucifer. I don't know whose ass we'd have to light a fire under to get it done, but I'd love to see it and I'm sure Mark wouldn't mind playing Luci again. I think he's the only person I've seen play the devil where I can not only sympathize with him, but I would be willing to absolutely sympathize with him as I followed him down to the pit xD Terrible, but true... he's that compelling

Yes. A thousand times yes. I would love a Paradise Lost movie, especially one starring Mark. Yes. We need to get someone to make this movie. Now

I think we need to get on this fire lighting business... we need a Paradise Lost movie for Mark, a spin-off with Jacob and MIB, and a spin-off for the angels/vessels/anything that will bring Mark back to a SPN-ish show :P

Well, I'm betting Heaven and Hell are in disarray because both of their leaders are trapped in a hellhole. I think when they say smaller, they mean it's going to be Sam and Dean, with no talk of Seals or impending doom, trying to come to terms with the choices they've made. Bonus points if we get a new slew of hunters from the Apocalypse That Wasn't.
