Rats in the kitchen!

We just got home a little while ago from going with the kids to see Wild Hogs. I had my doubts about going... but let me tell you that I LOVED the movie... I think all four of us did. It's so cleverly FUNNY!

So yeah... if you have not already seen it... GO if you can.

It's Robert's birthday today (Jan. 6, 1946).

We plan to go out to eat (via a Christmas gift certificate from the lovely daughter who will go with us!) and take in a movie of his choice (probably *Casino Royal*). :-)))

Life is good. We are only sad that Sean has to work and can't go with us. Cancel that last part! Sean got to go!!!

It ended up being kind of a movie marathon evening. christinA and the pups came to visit! (Sean was working)

My favorite movie... or at least the one I stayed awake for the entire thing!... was Memoirs of a Geisha.

Brokeback Mountain = very sad... very good.

If any of you have not seen Charlie and the Chocolate Factory you should! It's GREAT fun.

You may eat the grass, just don't mess with the squirrels, chew the gum, or drink out of the river!

Oh yes... and for heavens sake don't get yourself put into the taffy pulling machine!

The Cocoa Palms (had been an old coconut plantation... many, many coconut palm trees!)
